Returns & Exchanges

At Raceline Wheels, we stand behind our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your wheels are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Inspect and Prepare

  Ensure your wheels have not been mounted or driven on; items must be in brand new condition and stored in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions for heavy freight.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the wheels using the original protective materials and clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of each box to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
